  Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (15 – 20 years) in project management and execution within the interior design or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of interior project execution methodologies, materials, and interior finishes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate effective planning, scheduling, and resource management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Your primary focus will be to source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining high quality and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the interior design industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials, products, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers based on their capability to meet project requirements, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring continuous communication, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and products used in the interior design industry.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities.
